Chicken, Low Carb

A lovely herb filled chicken recipe designed to surprise my life who follows a low carb way of eating :)
6 hrs 20 mins
2kg of chicken drumsticks
1/4 red capsicum (pepper), sliced
4 large mushrooms, diced
Tbsp salt reduced soy sauce
Tbspn Worcestershire sauce
1 cup green onions/shallots sliced
2 cloves fresh garlic
2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme
Tbsp fresh oregano
Tbsp fresh basil
Tbsp fresh garlic chives
1Brown chicken drumsticks briefly with garlic in searing slow cooker or on stove top
2Combine chicken with all other ingredients in the slow cooker
3Cook on high for 1hr then low for 5hrs
4Debone prior to serving if you wish or serve whole
5Serve with Cauliflower Mash
