Ingredients
 

  • 8 Chicken thighs-skinless
  • 1 onion(s) - medium
  • 10 tbsp(s) tomato paste
  • 3 cup(s) mushrooms
  • 1 capsicum - yellow (medium)
  • 4 garlic clove(s)
  • 1/2 tsp(s) oregano
  • 1/2 tsp(s) basil concentrate
  • 8 basil leaves
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp(s) oil - olive
  • 1 tsp(s) red chili flakes
  • 1 cup(s) water

Instructions
 

  • Place thinly sliced onions in bottom of crock pot. Remove skin from chicken and add chicken pieces. Slice mushrooms, chop capsicum, and mince garlic. Stir all ingredients, water, and spices together. Pour over chicken.
  • Cook on low heat 7 to 9 hours or high heat for about 3 to 4 hours.

  1. Loved this recipe,the chicken just fell apart and the taste was very delicious and a very simple recipe. I had made this with chicken wings instead of using thighs and added in diced tomatoes aswel. Will be making this again ?
