A healthy recipe for a classic cake.

Ingredients
 

  • 2.5 cups of wholewheat /spelt/ coconut flour
  • 5 tsp of baking powder
  • 300ml tin condensed milk, (add honey to sweeten if preferred).
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • Dried dates
  • 2 tbsp chia seed
  • A few drops of Vanilla essence
  • 2 -3 tsp Mixed Spice
  • A handful of Chopped Walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Line slow cooker,
  • Mash bananas in a bowl,
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients,
  • Spoon mixture evenly into the lined slow cooker,
  • Cook on high for 2 hours.
