A healthy recipe for a classic cake.

Ingredients

2.5 cups of wholewheat /spelt/ coconut flour

5 tsp of baking powder

300ml tin condensed milk, (add honey to sweeten if preferred).

4 ripe bananas

Dried dates

2 tbsp chia seed

A few drops of Vanilla essence

2 -3 tsp Mixed Spice

A handful of Chopped Walnuts

Directions

1Line slow cooker,

2Mash bananas in a bowl,

3Stir in the remaining ingredients,

4Spoon mixture evenly into the lined slow cooker,

5Cook on high for 2 hours.
