Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 4 hours
Total Time 4 hours 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • Washed Potatoes ( As many as you like or can fit.)
  • Salt
  • Oil

Topper Ingredients

  • Fried ham
  • Cheese
  • Pineapple
  • Avocado (I mixed it up in a bowl until it was similar to a dip.)
  • Sour cream

Instructions

  • Poke the potatoes with a fork. (roughly 3 times on either side of the potato)
  • Put oil and salt on the potatoes (whatever amount you desire)
  • I wrapped the potatoes in foil but some would prefer not to cook in foil and I am sure it would cook the same without the foil.
  • I did each one, one at a time so if you want to do the same it is pretty much poke with fork, put oil and salt on potato, wrap in foil, REPEAT!
  • Put enough water to cover the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • COOK ON HIGH FOR 4-5 HOURS.
  • When the potatoes are cooked cut an x in the potato and open the potato up a bit.
  • Top with fried ham, cheese, pineapple, sour cream and avocado.
  • ENJOY!
