Green curry paste
1 tbls fish sauce
1 teas ginger
sugar, salt to taste
6 corn cobbettes
3 large zucchinis chopped
6 med chat potatoes skin on chopped
3 large carrots chopped
1 large mushroom chopped
1Cook shanks on high without vegies for 2 hours then add vegies and cook on high for 2 more hours then on low for 2 hours.
2The shanks I used were large so cooking time may vary.
3I served it with foccacia bread. Yummy.
