Gravy Pulled Chicken

Ingredients
 

  • 1.2kg chicken breast
  • 1/2 of a 40g packet french onion soup
  • 3 tablespoons gravox
  • 700mls hot water

Instructions
 

  • Place Chicken in slow cooker.
  • In a bowl mix together water, gravox and french onion soup.
  • Pour gravy mixture over the chicken.
  • Cook for 3 hours on high or 5 hours on low.
  • Pull chicken with 2 forks.
  • Serve on bread rolls or with rice and vegetables.
  • For a thicker gravy simply add a tablespoon of gravox at the end of cooking.

  2. Absolutely delicious ? the chicken was very tender and the gravy sauce was delicious, the chicken came apart so easily.I used maggi rich gravy and thickened a little at the end and served with mash potato. Will be making this one again.

  3. Son chose this over roast lamb. I used Maggi gravy and thickened at the end of cooking. Absolutely delicious and pulled apart very easily
