Gluten free almond meal, honey and blueberry cake

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup gluten free self raising flour
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup honey (melted)
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 punnet fresh blueberries (could use any fresh or frozen berry)

Instructions
 

  • Mix wet ingredients together, add to dry with a fork.
  • Then add blueberries and fold through.
  • 90 mins on high tea towel under lid.
  • Enjoy!
