2 chicken breast
1/2 cup light soy sauce
1 tsp raw sugar
1 cup fresh mint leaves (chopped)
1 cup fresh coriander (chopped)
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
Rice or mash to serve
1-Cut chicken breast widths in quarters
2-Heat oil in fry pan and (very) quickly put chicken pieces in turning until white all over
3-Remove chicken from frypan and place into slow cooker
4-Add all ingredients in slow cooker and combine
5-Cook on high for three hours
6-Serve with rice or mash
