1 pork tenderloin roast or any cut you might like
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 medium onion sliced
3 cloves garlic sliced
1 cup chicken broth
1Add onion and garlic into the cooker and seared pork
2Add salt and pepper on top and pour the chicken broth over
3Set to low and cook for 7-8 hours on low.
5serve with mashed potatoes and gravy
