  1. Made this last week. My son and I loved it. Added a couple more veggies (celery & peas). Making this again tomorrow. Texture and flavour spot on. Thanks

Ive made rhis several times now. I leave out the velery as neither of us like celery here and when i dont have capsicum that gets left out too, the taste is still great without these ingredients.
I also have used just 2 tb vegetable oil instead of both sesame and peanut oil and i honestly dont see the difference in taste so ive exchanged for veg oil and am still very impressed with this recipe

  3. I made this today and got a pleasant surprise how well it turned out. I grated the carrot and onion and added peas and corn and a dash of soy sauce. Fussy 2yr old granddaughter loved it so I’m pleased. It turned out very well and I’ll be making this again. Easy and delicious.

  4. This was delicious – I just added some peas and corn at the end and a dash of soy sauce. I grated the carrot and onion. 2yr old granddaughter loved it. Easy to follow recipe. I’ll be making this again for sure. Thank you.

  5. Flavour okay, but not enough liquid to cook rice through.
Normally cooking rice by absorption method you use twice the volume of water to rice. Even allowing for liquid in veggies, 1 1/3 cup isn’t enough for 2 cups of rice. Will try again with more liquid.
