Made this for dinner tonight and probably my most favourite curries I’ve made from here. It has really authentic flavours I just substituted the lamb for beef as that’s what I had. Will be making it again for sure

made this for dinner tonight was really good and mild so suited everyone in the family. we halved the recipe except for the tin tomatoes as just 2 adults and child. we used a mix of spinach and silverbeet and turned out well added in last 30 minutes of cooking
