3 cups flour,
2 cups sugar,
1/2 cup cocoa powder,
1Tbsp baking soda
2 cups fizzy (I used creaming soda)
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 Tbsp malt vinegar
1This is enough for two cakes.
2Mix dry ingredients together
3Add liquid to dry ingredients and mix well.
4I used an 18 cm round tin. Raised off the bottom of the cooker with a small amount of liquid in the bottom.
5Cook on HIGH for approximately 1.5 hours.
