Easy wings with 4 ingredients 💜

1 kg Chicken Wings
Marinade Version 1
1/4 cup Coconut Aminos sauce or Soy sauce
1/4 cup Honey
1 tblspn Apple Cider Vinegar
Marinade Version 2
1 small Chilli, finely diced
1 1/2 tblspns Honey
1/4 cup Chilli Sauce
2 tblspns Lime juice, freshly squeezed
1Place wings and marinade ingredients in a bowl, toss wings through sauces
2Cover/seal bowl and place in fridge to marinate (30mins - overnight), the longer you can do this the more intense flavour
3Transfer to slow cooker insert and cook for 4hrs on low (Woolworths 1.5L sc)
4Serve with rice or salad
1Sauce can be reduced and thickened with cornflour
