Third time trying to comment might be lucky this time 🙂
Loved this recipe and was not too hot for me.
Used veggies I had in the fridge instead of stir fry veggies.
    Will be making this again.

  2. Cooked this tonight and it was awesome. i added some cumin turmeric and also a tub of cooking cream. didnt use stir fry veges i did normal veges and added potato and sweet potato at the start. will cook again for sure.

  3. Never ever been a fan of curried sausages but my husband keeps asking for them. Saw this recipe with coconut cream ( I used coconut milk as it was in the pantry) and we were in love with this dish. Will chop the thick sausages into sixths or withstand next time. This recipe was sooo good we fought over the leftovers for toasted sandwiches at lunch. Great meal.

  4. I made this with kangaroo sausages as that’s what I happened to have on hand. I used passata for tomato sauce and omitted the sugar. I also added a little soy sauce. I do not eat red meat (I had leftover SC sweet chilli chicken? ), so made this for the rest of the family. They all absolutely loved it. My husband said he could not tell what type of meat it was, so I guess any type of sausage is fine.

  5. Made this tonight and even tho I added extra potato &
veges I found the french onion soup mix over powered
the dish and took away from the curry and coconut
    taste.

  6. I made this today for lunch using beef, carrot and lentil sausages, and sweet chilli sauce ilo sugar and chilli, had no curry leaves didn’t seem to matter finished up great, all my team had it for lunch. So good so easy way better than buying pre-prepared sauces! Thanks for sharing, this sites is fantastic forum for slow cooker use!

  7. Made this last week, didn’t have curry leaves or French onion soup but added stir fry lemongrass sauce and some chilli flakes. I didnt brown the sausages first and while very very tasty it developed a layer of oil on top which I scooped out but it had a oily after taste. Eager to make again with browned or cooked snags

Easy Peasy Curried Sausages is a 5 star recipe. The flavours are beautiful. The only change I made to the original recipe was I added fresh vegetables mushrooms, snow peas and peas 1 hour before the end of the cooking process . Would definitely make again ?
