Easy Peasy Cheesy Rolls

Simple enough the kids can do with minimal supervision or you can throw together quickly for an eat and run breakfast.
We had them as an easy grab and go tea 🙂

Easy Peasy Cheesy Rolls

Simple enough the kids can do with minimal supervision or you can throw together quickly for an eat and run breakfast. We had them as an easy grab and go tea 🙂

Servings 12 rolls

Ingredients
 

  • Bread rolls
  • Cheese - lots of cheese (we used a mix of regular block and provolone)
  • Fillings of choice - ham, beef, pineapple slices, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, anything you like really

Instructions
 

  • Slice rolls in half
  • Place base of rolls in slow cooker
  • Cover rolls with cheese
  • Layer with fillings of choice - we have full layer of ham then thinly sliced pineapple on one end and tomatoes on the other end
  • Cover with more cheese
  • Place top half of rolls on fillings
  • Cook with a tea towel under the lid for approx 90mins on high ( Breville 7L sc), until cheese is melted and gooey
