  1. This “ Delicious Steak” is well named because it really is delicious. The only way my husband will eat steak ???

  2. Delicious indeed!!

We used cubed chuck steak (1kg) and left out the water
I don’t leave my lid off at the end but I thickened with tea towel trick and some corn flour slurry
Next time I’d reduce the Worcestershire down just a fraction to 2/3 of a cup

We served with a chive and parmesan mashed potato and dang near licked our plates clean it was THAT tasty!!!
Will definitely cook this one again 🙂

We really enjoyed this dish. Next time I’ll cut down on the Worcestershire sauce and I added loads more mushrooms because we love them.
    Definitely make this one again.

  4. Delicious steak was absolutely delicious. I followed some tips ie 2/3c of Worcestershire sauce, I diced the beef too.
    Loved loved loved it ?

  5. Oh my! This is truly delicious and will definitely be on the menu regularly. I followed advice to half cup Worcestershire and used tea towel.

  6. Delicious indeed and meat was soooo tender! Served with mash and vegies.
As per previous reviews I only added half a cup of Worcestershire sauce.

  7. This is absolutely delicious. I also put some corn in it as well. I used 1/2 cup of the Worcestershire sauce. I used cooking cream as well. I did use just over a 1/4 of water but won’t use water next time feel it doesn’t need it( my personal opinion). Will be cooking this more often too take with us on our club days and speedway days.

  8. This was amazing. I used thickened cream, 1/2 cup worsesterchire sauce, heaps of mushrooms, diced casserole meat (was all I could get) and no water. I put it all in at the start because I was at work all day, used the tea towel method, and cooked it for just short of 11 hours. Perfect & delicious on mashed potato’s.

  9. This was soooo yummy. Making it for second time in 2 weeks! I diced some chuck steak and used half cup of worstershire. This is delicious with mashed potato and greens – thank you!

  10. Damn damn damn delicious!! ?
Minimum prep, basic ingredients, but outstanding results! ??
Used scotch fillets, only 1/2 cup worcestershire and omitted the water (tea towel trick) HEAPS of sauce, thickened with cornflour slurry, served with buttered parmesan pappardelle and baguette.

This was such an easy recipe to prepare and cook without fuss, but with immense flavour. Served with mashed potato, this is a winner in my family. It lives up to it’s name……. it was definitely delicious. I used diced topside steak.

What a great dish! Followed recipe as is, no alterations. We live Worcestershire sauce so kept with the one cup.
Was very tasty! Served with steam veg and hot chippies to dip in the yummy sauce. Partner went back for seconds and thirds! Used 6 pieces of oyster blade. Cooked perfect and so tender. Will definitely make again. Maybe with mash next time. So easy to prepare so winner all round. Even fussy toddler enjoyed dipping his chippies in the sauce!

  14. Hi, do you think this would be ok to mix all in a bowl and have it in fridge overnight ready for my hubby to just pour into sc in the morning (I’m using diced steak) Thanks ?
