1Place sausages in slow cooker. I put mine in raw but for those who prefer you can pre boil them to remove skins.
2Add vegetables, curry powder and stock.
3Cook on low for 6-8hrs.
4Prior to serving thicken with cornflour and a little water if required.
5I like to slice my sausages up then return them to the pot for serving 🙂
