Ingredients

8-10 thin sausages

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 heaped tablespoon curry powder

1 heaped tablespoon vegetable stock powder

2-3 carrots diced

Peas and corn or other vegies

Directions

11.Remove skin from sausage

22.cut sausage into bite site pieces (I cut mine into 5)

33. Mix soup,stock powder and curry powder together

44. Put everything in slow cooker.

5Cook on high for 4hrs

6Add cornflour to thicken.

8I used slow cooker setting on my (multi) pressure cooker so 4 hours on high is approximate

Made this tonight for dinner. Also added some sultanas and mixed through some cooked rice at the end. We thoroughly enjoyed it. I found it hot (a bearable kind of hot) but I am a wimp when it comes to heat. Will definitely be making it again. 🙂

My whole family loved this recipe. Even my fussy 5 and 6 year olds So simple and easy. I only added some sultanas for a bit of sweetness. Will be my regular go to for curried sausages.
