1.5kg chicken thighs
3/4 cup semi sundried tomatoes
2 tblspn oil that comes with tomatoes
300ml cooking cream
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
Block of Philly cheese (cut into cubes)
2 x french onion soup mix
250gm button mushrooms
6 x spring onion
1Add all ingredients in slow cooker cook on med for 4hrs or low for 5hrs
3Because of the cream and cheese you will need to stir intermittently to brake the cheese up.
5It was divine.Next time I make this up I'm going to put it in a pie yummy :)
