1kg skinless chicken thigh fillets

200g diced bacon

100g sun dried tomato (in vinegar - patted dry)

1 x 250g block of Light Philadelphia cream cheese

2 tsp. minced garlic

1x 400g pouch of Taylor's Asparagus & Spinach Soup

Salt and Pepper


1Place all ingredients into slow cooker

2No need to pre brown or seal first

3Cook on HIGH for 2hrs then LOW for 3-4hrs

4Sauce didn't need any thickening as it was lovely and thick and creamy 🙂

5Serve on pasta or with creamy mashed potato and steamed vegetables

OMG….this dish was awesome! I cooked it on low for about 8 hours (while I was at work), stirred through a couple of handfuls of baby spinach leaves 30 mins before serving & served with rice. Served 4 generously & enough for 2 ‘leftover lunches’. Will definitely be a regular in our household 👍❤
