EmailTweet 10 Full-screen Chunky chilli con carne Beef, Mexican May 29, 2018 Chunky chilli con carne 0 0 5 0 Serve with plain corn chips or tortillas and cheese, even some sour cream Prep: 10 mins Cook: 6 hrs 10 mins 6 hrs 6 hrs 10 mins Yields: 5-6 servings Ingredients1kg gravy or chuck steak chunked 1 brown onion peeled and sliced 2x 400g tin of diced tomatoes 3 tblsp of tomato paste 1tsp chilli flakes 1/2 cup Campbell’s beef stock 4.5tsp cumin 3tsp ground coriander 2tsp oregano 2 tsp garlic 1tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 400g tin kidney beans Cheese to serve And plain corn chips or tortillas Directions1Place all ingredients except kidney beans and cheese/chips and tortillas into slow cooker.
