So no browning of the meat first?

This was so lovely that I had to come back to leave a 2nd review 🙂
And yep, it was just as good the 2nd time around.
Perfect for that cold winter evening

After reading the reviews, I had to give this recipe a go.
With just enough curry to have a slight kick, and without it being over the top, this suited our tastes perfectly.
Topped off with a slice of fresh bread to mop up the sauce
A really lovely dish – perfect for a cold winters evening…

I made this recently with a couple of adaptions as I didn’t have some of the ingredients but still turned out amazing!!! Will definitely make this again ?

This was very flavoursome! I doubled the recipe but only put in 3tbls of curry powder. Still gave it a good spicy bite! I also coated the meat in flour before adding so it was a nice thick sauce & cooked for 8hrs on low. Shall certainly make it again
