1Soak fruit in eggnog overnight
2Add cake mix, flour & essence
3Mix until combined
4Spray slow cooker well with cooking spray
5Fill to 3/4 full
6Cooked in baby (1.5ltr) slowcooker on high for 3 hours, turning insert every half hour.
7Enough ingredients to make 2 puddings.
