Chocolate Magic Bean Cake

Ingredients
 

  • In a food processor, combine well:
  • 420g can rinsed kidney beans
  • 1 tbspn water
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tspns vanilla bean paste (or 1 tbspn vanilla essence
  • Then add
  • 160g sugar
  • 70g cocoa
  • 1 tspn bicarb soda
  • 1/2 tspn Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/3 cup sunflower oil (NOT olive oil)
  • And process until smooth.

Instructions
 

  • Pour mixture into a greased ring tin and suspend over foil balls, egg rings, or similar.
  • Cook for 1 1/2 - 2 hours on high with tea towel under the lid
