Chocolate & hazelnut self saucing pudding

1Sift flour,sugar,cocoa powder and a pinch of sea salt into a bowl.
2Add the milk,butter and eggs and stir until smooth.
3Fold in the chocolate and hazelnuts.
4Pour batter into slow cooker.
5Place topping ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
6Sprinkle over batter then pour 400mls of boiling water over the top. Place tea towel under lid and cook on high for two hours
