1Mix dry ingredients for pudding in a bowl.
2Stir in milk, oil and vanilla until smooth.
3Pour batter evenly into slow cooker.
5Mix sugar and carob for sauce in small bowl.
6Stir in hot water until smooth.
7Pour evenly over batter in slow cooker.
8Cover and cook on high for 2-2.5 hrs or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
