1Mix dry ingredients for pudding in a bowl.
2Stir in milk, oil and vanilla until smooth.
3Pour batter evenly into slow cooker.
4Mix sugar and carob for sauce in small bowl.
5Stir in hot water until smooth.
6Pour evenly over batter in slow cooker.
7Cover and cook on high for 2-2.5 hrs or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
1Can also be done with your usual Flour or Milk choice
