Easy and very tasty dessert. The topping tastes just like chocolate cookies. Use any fruit you like and enjoy.

Choc orange cookie pudding

Easy and very tasty dessert. The topping tastes just like chocolate cookies. Use any fruit you like and enjoy.

Total Time 1 hour 35 minutes

Ingredients
 

  • 2 small tins of mandarin segments in juice
  • 1 packet of chocolate sponge mix
  • Few dobs of butter

Instructions
 

  • Oil/grease sc bowl
  • Put fruit from both tins and juice from one tin in the bowl
  • Top with sponge mix
  • Dob with the butter
  • Cook on high for 1.5 hours with a teatowel under the lid

  1. So easy and very yummy.
    Not particularly orangey which I found disappointing as I love choc orange but I’d still make it again.
    Cake mix was still powdery in some patches at completion time so I added more butter. About 1/4 cup in total I’d say I used. Found it helpful to melt and drizzle over for more coverage too.
