1 kg mince ( browned )
2 onions ( chopped )
2 red peppers ( chopped )
10 large mushrooms ( quartered )
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 tin kidney beans in chilli sauce
1 tin of kidney beans ( drained )
1 pkt of colmans chilli powder mix
2 tsps of garlic purée
2 tsps of chilli powder
2 tsps of smoked paprika
2 tsps of oregano
1Brown off the mince , fry the onions then put everything in the slow cooker
2Give it a good mix
3Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours
