Chilli chicken and potato carbonara (pasta free)

Ingredients
 

  • 1.5 kg chicken thighs
  • Decent hand full bacon chopped
  • 3 chillies
  • Jar of carbonara sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic
  • Philly cream for cooking
  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • 2 teaspoons of mixed herbs
  • 8 washed baby potatoes
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut baby washed potatoes in half, mix all ingredients except cream for cooking together.
  • When adding the chillies, if you don't want to much heat, remove the seeds.
  • Cook on low for 8-9 hours (based on my 4.5lt slow cooker).
  • Add cream in the last hour.
  • To thicken, I add a little corn flour and water paste.
  • Enjoy
