1Rub chicken in garlic, pepper, salt & turmeric.
2Cook chicken, carrot, onion, celery & stock on high for 2 hours.
3Take out chicken pull meat off the bone.
4Turn on low.
5Add chicken meat back in along with peas & corn.
6Cook another 2 hours.
7Add Zucchini & cook for another hour.
1All veggies were roughly chopped into 2cm chunks
2The first time I made this we added the zucchini with all the veg at the start and it was really sloppy - we prefer firmer but you could add all together if you like
3Add as many other spices to your liking, usually I would additionally use ginger, chilli powder & curry powder
