A tasty Indian dish direct from your slow cooker!

  • Yields: 6 serves

Ingredients

1.5 kg chicken breast

5 cloves garlic finely chopped

1 tbls fresh chopped ginger

1 400g tin diced tomatoes

2 tbls Garam Masala

2 tbls ground coriander

2 tbls ground cumin

1 tbls curry powder

2 tsp salt

1 tsp chilli flakes

1 tin of coconut cream

2 120g bags of baby spinach

Directions

1Add all ingredients to slow cooker except the chicken.

2Set to low and cook for 2 1/2 hours

3After this time use a hand mixer and blend the mixture until creamy.

4Next add the chicken and continue cooking for 1 1/2 hours.

5Serve with rice,naan and pappadums and enjoy!

Absolutely delicious 🙂 I served with rice. Next time I’ll leave out the chilli flakes as it was a bit spicy but that’s not a complaint! Best flavour!!

OMG This recipe was so nice. If you love Indian then this one is for you. We served this with rice and home made naan. The entire family loved this curry. The recipe was easy to make and adjustable if you like it mild or hot. Will be cooking this again. Can’t wait for tomorrow as leftover curry is always better the next day. (Would have given more than 5 stars if I could.)
