Chicken, Rice, Seafood

1 chicken breast cut into pieces
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 small zucchinis sliced
2 chorizo sausages sliced
300gms green prawns
300gms green mussels in the shell
1 cup white wine
1 cup chicken stock
3 shallots (or 1 small onion)sliced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon saffron
1 cup Arborio rice
1Brown chicken, chorizo & sausages in a pan
2Add all ingredients except rice to slow cooker and cook for 5 hours on low
3Add rice and cook for further hour.
