2 pieces of chicken breast


egg wash

bread crumbs

sauce of choice

grated cheese


1Flour, egg wash and crumb breast fillets.

2Spray bottom of slow cooker.

3Place chicken in cooker for 1 hour on high and then turn over.

4Put sauce and cheese on top and cook for another hour on high with tea towel under lid


6These are not super crisp like frying BUT are like oven cooked and are very healthy.

These turned out so good! I used oregano + basil in breadcrumbs, tasted so good!
