Chicken, stuffing and veggies cooked in an easy gravy... A great alternative to a traditional roast
5 hrs 20 mins
4-5 potatoes (peeled and in large chunks)
4 carrots (peeled)
1 onion (sliced)
1/2 can mushroom soup
1/2 can chicken soup
4 chicken breasts
Dry stuffing mix (or seasoned breadcrumbs)
1 cup Peas
Grated cheese (optional)
1* put the potato, onion, carrot, mushroom soup and chicken soup into your slow cooker then mix well
2* put the chicken breasts on top, sprinkle with cheese (optional) then stuffing mix, add a dob of butter on each chicken breast
3* cook for 4 hours on high then remove the chicken breasts. Add the peas to the veggies and gravy, mix well, then put the chicken breasts back on top
4* cook for another hour on high
