6 chicken thighs
2 10 ounce cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
a dash of chicken broth (Optional)
BBQ spice of choice (I used Kc Masterpiece which is available in USA, don't know about availability anywhere else)
1 tablespoon cornflour + 1 tablespoon water (for thickening gravy)
1Add chicken thighs raw and season with the BBQ spice
3Add cans of mushroom soup and chicken broth if using over the chicken
5set on low and walk away :)
6Total time: 5 hours 30 minutes on low (last 30 on high to thicken gravy) Depends on Sc though
8Serving tips: I served with waffle fries and lettuce but you can serve with your own choice
