A simple take on a classic dish, even the kids can help out with this one.
5 hrs 10 mins
1 tin of cream of chicken soup (mushroom also works well)
1/4 cup of milk
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
4 chicken breast fillets
6 slices of thick ham
6 slices of Swiss cheese (grated cheddar also works well)
Packet of dry stuffing mix (I used sage and onion)
1/3 cup of melted butter
1Whisk together the soup, milk and herbs till smooth.
2Put the chicken in the slow cooker.
3Layer the ham evenly on top of the chicken, then do the same with the cheese.
4Pour over the soup mix and use a spatula to spread evenly.
5Sprinkle over some stuffing mix, enough to roughly cover the surface.
6Then drizzle over the melted butter.
7Cook on low for 5hours undisturbed - don't be tempted to lift the lid and peek!
8Dish up and enjoy.
1If you want to cook potatoes and veg with this just put them in first thing, under the chicken.
2I also added a good sprinkle of dry cheddar sauce mix to the soup mixture before pouring over the chicken for extra cheesy-ness.

WOW! So easy to make, and so tasty! The other half has requested that we add this to our menu on a minimum fortnightly rotation haha!

Oh my word this was amazing!
Soooooo good, the flavours are spot on and it all goes together so beautifully.
Even the kids loved it, clean plates all round.
Will definitely be making this again!
