A very tasty, easy meal. Cost effective and enjoyed by all! We served it with rice and had plenty left over for lunch the next day for the 2 of us.

This was amazing! I had to use regular asparagus soup rather than condensed. Which meant it was quite watery. I mixed a few tablespoons of flour with water, wisked out the lumps, added it to the slow cooker and put on high for another 30 minutes, and it was fine. It’s one of the best SC dishes I’ve had so far. Definitely going to be a favourite. So easy to make!
