Chicken and sweetcorn soup

Ingredients
 

  • 2 eggs beaten in a bowl separately
  • 1 packet dry chicken noodle soup
  • 1.5 liters of water
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 steamed chicken breast diced
  • 1 spring onion diced

Instructions
 

  • Add all except egg cook until bubbling,
  • Cook for 2hr on high,
  • Then slowly drip in beaten egg it will cook as it hits the boiling water
  • Cook for a further half hour then switch off and serve

  3. Made this soup last night and it is delicious! I used cooked chicken breast and diced it. I also added chicken gel stock to the water so it is extra flavoursome! My 10 year old niece nearly licked the bowl!
