EmailTweet 1 Full-screen Chicken and Sausage Braise with Mushrooms Chicken, Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Sausages June 7, 2015 Chicken and Sausage Braise with Mushrooms 0 0 5 0 Prep: 10 mins Cook: 5 hrs 10 mins 5 hrs 5 hrs 10 mins Yields: 4 IngredientsChicken drumsticks - 1 per person Italian sausages - 1 per person 600g button mushrooms, sliced 4 cloves garlic, sliced 1 cup chicken stock 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1 tblspn tomato paste 1 tsp oregano Pinch sea salt 2 tblspns cornflour 200 grams grape tomatoes Directions1Place drumsticks and sausages in slow cooker bowl alternating drumstick, sausage. 2 3Sprinkle garlic, salt and oregano over meat, add mushrooms on top. 4 5Combine stock, vinegar, tomato paste and cornflour in jug. 6Pour into slow cooker bowl. 7 8Cook for 5hrs on high (Contempo 5.5L sc) 9 10Serve with pasta. 11 12Cut tomatoes in half and scatter over top.
