Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups of broccoli florets
  • 1 kg of chicken thighs (can increase to 2kg if large family)
  • 2 teas cornflour for thickening sauce at end
  • 2 teas of fresh ginger and garlic
  • 1 cups of chicken stock , I add more if add more noodles
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 tb soy sauce
  • 2 teas of sugar, preferred brown
  • 1 pk 2 min noodles, u can add more to go around further
  • (optional ) I add I pkt of frozen Asian vegs

Instructions
 

  • Fry brown chicken and onion, add garlic and ginger, then add all to sc with soy sauce , stock and sugar,
  • High for 3 hrs (if not browning chicken first add additional 1-2hrs cooking time)
  • 1/2 hr before serving add your broccoli and frozen veges,
  • Cook the 2 min noodle before adding to sc so they don't soak all the liquid up,
  • Thicken with a mix of cornflour and water and add to sc stirring to thicken sauce.
  • (optional) you can add more noodles to this dish to make it go further
  • Enjoy
