30 grams butter
2 tablespoons cherry liqueur
2 blocks white chocolate 220g
1 tin condensed milk 395g
600g glaced red cherries
2 cups desicated coconut
rose pink food colouring
1Place butter, liqueur,chocolate and condensed milk in slow cooker stir every 15 minutes for 1 and 1/2 hours on low until comes away from sides slightly
2Stir through coconut and cherries and food coloring to your liking place in a baking paper lined tray and chill in fridge for 2 hours.
3Cut with a warm knife or use metal cookie cutters for variety
