Ingredients

4 large potatoes

cheese (any kind)

600ml Cream

Directions

1Peel potatoes & slice (but not completely all the way through), slice cheese (thinly) & place cheese in between each slot.

2Put in slow cooker, then grate little more cheese on top, pour in cream, cook on low for 6 hours.
