An easy to cook - Easy to grab and go - Easy to eat breakfast on the run :)

1 hr 30 mins
1 cup grated tasty cheese
2 large mushrooms diced
1/2 cup diced onion
125g diced bacon
1Spray a silicone flan case with cooking spray (or line your slow cooker directly with baking paper and spray if not using a case to cook in)
2Spread 1/2 cup of cheese on bottom of silicone flan case (or paper) so that when the cooked slice is inverted onto serving plate the cheese is on top
3Whisk eggs in a bowl
4Add diced bacon, diced onion, diced mushroom and the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and combine
5Pour this mix into flan case (or onto paper)
6Cook using The Tea Towel Trick for 1hr 15mins on HIGH or until egg is cooked through solid in your slow cooker
7Invert onto plate and slice to serve

Brilliant.!!!! Love it!!!!!
Holy Guacamole!!! This is A-MAY-ZING!!! Took a bit longer than stated to cook, but hey! Every slow-cooker is different. I’m even going to count out the calories next time so I don’t have to label it a ‘sometimes food’. Love it!!!!

Made this for a quick lunch with friends, it was beautiful! Just lined the SC with baking paper. Don’t just keep it for breakfast!
