Cheesy Garlic Bread Loaf

Ingredients
 

  • 1 x rustic baguette bread stick (approx 30cm)
  • Butter - approx 3-4 tbsp
  • Minced garlic - approx 3-4 tsp
  • 1 cup grated tasty cheese
  • Chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Cut Baguette down the centre to form two half loaf slices (as pictured)
  • Spread generously with softened butter
  • Smear minced garlic over butter all along the length of the breads (as strong as you like it)
  • Top with grated cheese and scatter with fine chopped fresh parsley
  • Lay the loaves on alfoil sheet in a slow cooker and cook on HIGH for up to 1hr with tea-towel under lid.
  • The bread came out crispy on the bottom and oh so cheesy garlic and good on top 🙂
