1Place approx 1 inch of warm water in the cooking bowl of your slow cooker - but ensure the water level is not high enough that it could flow INTO your cooking dish when it is placed in the water bath to cook - adjust water level as necessary
2Take the cooking dish and prepare the following INSIDE this dish
3Pour broccoli and cauliflower into the cooking dish
4Mix cream with tasty cheese and pour over the vegetables in the cooking dish
5Carefully lower this filled cooking dish into the water bath in your slow cooker bowl
6Place tea towel on slow cooker using The Tea Towel Trick
7Cook on HIGH for 1hr 30mins or until vegetables are fork tender
8At this point scatter the Mozzarella cheese over the top of your vegetables and return to cooking for another 15mins until cheese on top is well melted
9Lift the cooking dish carefully out of the slow cooker bowl
10Use large spoon to serve.
12ALTERNATE METHOD: I also cook this recipe directly in my 1.5L slow cooker bowl also. It works just as well this way too. I cooked on HIGH in the 1.5L cooker for approximately 2hrs as it's not as spread out so needs a little more time I found 🙂
