Slow Cooked flaky pastry pillows filled with baked beans and melted cheese. Great for breakfast on the run or a light snack or lunchboxes 🙂

Ingredients
200g can baked beans
1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 sheet puff pastry
1 additional egg, whisked, to brush pastry
Directions
1Mark and cut a sheet of puff pastry into 4 squares
2Combine the two grated cheeses together in a bowl
3Remove excess sauce from baked bean can and discard
4Place a triangle area of cheese into one half of each square. Add approx 2 tablespoons of baked beans onto each cheese area.
5Fold the other half of pastry square over the beans and cheese to form a triangle shaped pillow. Press down along the two open sides of pillow with a fork to seal.
6Line slow cooker bottom with a sheet of baking paper lightly spritzed with non stick spray.
7Place pastie pillows in slow cooker in single layer and lightly brush top of each one with egg wash
