2 cups full fat milk

2T cornflour

1 cup grated tasty cheese

1 heaped T of wholegrain seeded mustard

2t mustard powder

½ tsp salt


1Whisk milk and cornflour together and add to 1.5L slow cooker

2Stir through cheese and mustards and salt

3Cook on HIGH for 1.5 hours

4Whisk with fork occasionally during cooking time to prevent any lumps or sticking

So today I thought that I would make silverside as I haven’t made it for a while.

I cooked the silverside as per directions (see below link) with coke (I used coke no sugar)

And I followed the cheese mustard sauce directions as below.

OMG I don’t think I will ever go back to the way I use to make it. Thank you very much the the people that provided these recipes.
