Carbonara Chicken Meatball Subs

Creamy chicken carbonara meatballs! Perfect to serve on subs or alternatively with the vegetables of your choice. Kids can even help you make them!

- Yields: 20 meatballs
1Combine all ingredients (except the carbonara sauce) in a large bowl to make the meatballs
2After washing hands leave them wet as it makes rolling easier and less messy for your hands
3Roll into small gold ball sized meatballs - approx 20
4Pour the carbonara sauce into your slow cooker
5Gently place meatballs in sauce
6Cover usingThe Tea Towel Trick and cook on low for 3hrs
7Do NOT stir or move the meatballs until the last hour to be ensure they are firm and formed to be sure they do not fall apart. Disturbing them before before they are cooked will break them.
8Serve on sub bread rolls for an easy meatball sub dinner
9Alternatively serve with fresh vegetables of your choice
