Ingredients
 

  • 2x tins condensed milk caramel made in slow cooker
  • 2x blocks Cadbury chocolate
  • Base
  • 1 cup of plain flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar & desiccated coconut
  • 125gr melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Condensed milk caramel
  • 2x tins condensed milk in slow cooker covered in water for 5-8 hours on LOW depending on your slow cooker. Then cool for a few hours afterwards.
  • Base
  • 1 cup of plain flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar & desiccated coconut
  • 125gr melted butter
  • Then mix to form a crumbly base mix press into lined tray bake for 15 - 20 mins till golden brown at 180 degrees
  • While the base is in the oven get your 2 tins of "condensed milk caramel made in slow cooker" & 1/4 tin of condensed milk (this isnt neccesary i only used to give it a lil extra sweetness) & lightly warm up over stove till runny enough to pour onto base.
  • Pour this over base and then
  • I have put mine back in oven for 15 mins bake at 180 degrees.
  • Let cool for a few hours. It needs to be at least room temp or cooler. If impatient like me put in freezer for 30 mins before putting chocolate on top.
  • Melt 2 blocks of chocolate and pour over top spread evenly and then set overnight in fridge.
